Go for Whole Foods:
Load up on plant goodies like fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains.
Trim down on those packaged snacks and sugary drinks. Too much is a no-go.
But Don’t Be Inflexible:
Ridgid diets can really backfire. You don’t want to cut out entire food groups, or restrict yourself so much that it’s simply not possible to stick to it.
Instead, be flexible. Do your research, and then mix and match to create a fluid but healthy diet that you enjoy.
